(1) Material Testing
(A) Conventional Materials
1) Cement : Setting time, compressive strength, fineness, soundness and chemical analysis.
2) Lime : Setting time, compressive strength, transverse strength and chemical analysis
3) Pozoloma : Lime reactivity, fineness, compressive strength, chemical analysis.
4) Aggregates coarse and fine : Specific gravity, water absorption, gradation, impact, abrasion, crushing strngth, Soundness, Alkali reactivity, Flakiness, elongation, petrographic analysis.
5) Water : Activity, alkalinity, PH value, electrical conductivity, total dissolved salts
6) Stone : Specific gravity, water absorption, compressive and transverse strength, weather soundness.
7) Tiles : Transverse strength, water absorption, abrasion resistance.
8) Bricks : Compressive strength, water absorption, efflorence test, dimension and tolerance test.
9) Steel : Tensile strength, elongation, proof stress, bend test.

(B) New Materials
1) Admixture : setting time, slump, compressive strength, flexural strength, length change, bleeding.

1) Field density and field moisture content by nuclear density / moisture guage.

ii) Weigh-in-Motion system for weighing classifying and monitoring speed of vehicle without stopping.
iii) Road inventory car mounted with gyroscope, gradometer, distance, measuring unit and Bump Integrator.

(3) Soil Mechanics 7 Foundation Engineering
i) Field testing, collection of undisturbed samples, SPT, DCPT
