STATE HIGHWAY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT(SHDP)
For Speeding up overall state development, The State Government has decided to develop @ 5400 KM of State Highways providing connectivity to important centers such as Industries, SEZs, Ports, Tourist places and Agricultural produces markets. This project includes
- 2600 Km of roads development at likely investment of Rs. 3000 crores on annuity basis
- 1000 km of Roads development at likely investment of Rs. 6000 crores on VGF/PPP basis
- 1800 km of Roads development through follow-on WB project with investment of Rs. 2000 crores
An agreement has been signed with IDFC for project preperation and partnership development for 2600 km of State Highways under Annuity (PPP) base scheme.
